Here we go again. We apologize for the very late update. We were busy for the BSC/WIP event at Bangsar Shopping Center that is for now over for us. We are in the midst of planning for another month long offline shop at Mont' Kiara. Do keep updated with us. Now lets see what we brought in for you.!

Terms and Conditions

1.Serious buyers only. We do not encourage backouts after confirmation.
2. Refunds in terms of monetary are strictly not allowed. If in any case of wear and tear, do email us at iheartaxxe@gmail.com so that we are able to produce you options that are available.
3. All items sold are brand new and 100% handmade.
4. All items are sold on a first come first served basis.
5. You may reserved an item. But all reservation of item are on hold for only 3 days. After that, it will be put back on sale.
6. Do note that postage fee is excluded from the item price.
7. All items sent are at buyer's own risk. We are not liable to any damages done during postage.

Placing An Order - via PayPal

1. Fill up the order form of the item you wish to purchase.
2. Once we have receive your order form, we will calculate the amount and we will then email you a bill from PayPal.
3. Purchases can still be made via your credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.
4. If you are shipping to a country outside of Malaysia, we will incur shipping charges (with taxes if applicable). We will inform you the shipping charges via email as the charges may vary depending on your location.
5. Once we bill the charges to you, payment must be made within 48hours so that we may process and package to deliver your items soonest.
6. All payments made are billed via Paypal.
7. PayPal accepts credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Placing An Order - via Banking

1. You may place your order of the item by filling up the order form.
3. Payment can be made via banking to our Maybank Account. Account number will be given via email once we have receive your order.
4. Please bank in your payment within 48hours of confirmation. Please let us know if you have to delay your payment else after given the specific time frame and we do not receive payment or notification, we will deemed that your order is not succesful and will place the item back for sale.
5. E-mail us back after you bank in your payment, and do include transaction code, date and amount.
6. Items will be sent out by postage of your choice on Monday and Wednesday after your payment is made.
7. Please do notify us when you have received your goods.
